Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only after we accept the order by dispatching the products or sending a shipment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

All prices are displayed in EUR. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Payments are processed securely through authorised payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

Consumers within the European Union may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable law. Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, sealed food products and food supplements cannot be returned once unsealed unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
